The right tool for the right room.
We choose based on what the work needs to do.
What technology does for shared reference
A reference held by ten people in a room is easy. The same reference held identically by ten thousand, across locations and months, is an engineering problem. Technology is what carries it that far without letting it drift.
We start from the work, not the tool. The question is never which platform is newest; it is what the reference needs to do — be navigated, be experienced, be returned to, be measured. The tool follows from the answer, and sometimes the right tool is almost none at all.
Every layer of technology either preserves a reference or quietly degrades it. An interface that hides the point, an app no one opens twice, a system that fragments the message across channels — none of these are neutral. We build the ones that keep the reference intact as it scales.
The right tool for the right room. Chosen for what the work needs to do, not for what is easy to demo.
How we work
We choose and build technology to carry a reference, never to show it off. The format follows the room and the reach it has to survive.
- Conference tools · augmented reality — the live room, extended
- Apps & gamification — a reference people return to
- Websites & online applications — the message, navigable
- RFID · e-learning — reference that scales without a speaker
- Interactive video installations — the abstract, made experiential
The loop
The Diagnostic shows on which levels the reference erodes — where tools have to step in to hold it. We carry the form Design has made across distance, time, and numbers; whether it actually arrives shared on every level is, again, a question for the Diagnostic. The loop closes there, and begins again.
